Marketing Communication Assistant
Falcon Tours LTD is seeking a creative and driven Marketing & Communications Executive Assistant to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth and visibility of a long-established organisation in the education sector. In this role, you will collaborate across departments to deliver impactful marketing initiatives that support sales, drive engagement, and strengthen the brand.
Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to the development and execution of annual marketing plan, ensuring strategies are aligned with organisational goals and market opportunities.
- Manage digital presence, including website updates, optimisation, and content management.
- Plan and manage digital campaigns across multiple platforms, including SEO, Meta Ads, Google Ads, and both paid and organic social media.
- Collaborate closely with our marketing agency on content planning, social media calendars, brand visibility initiatives, and campaign execution, while also creating engaging written and visual content and coordinating rich media production as needed.
- Support the sales team with marketing materials, presentations, and campaign insights.
- Coordinate events to maximise brand impact and stakeholder engagement.
- Conduct market and competitor research to refine strategies and improve targeting.
- Manage email marketing campaigns and automations using tools such as Mailchimp.
Requirements
- MQF Level 5–6 qualification in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, or a related field.
- 2 years of experience in marketing, including hands-on digital marketing.
- Proficiency in WordPress, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Mailchimp, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and related marketing tools.
- Solid knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing best practices.
- Excellent command of English, both written and verbal, with the ability to produce high-quality communication materials.
- Based in Malta

Responsibilities
- Empower Through Engagement: Design and lead confidence-building projects and activities, nurturing life skills and relationships
- Guidance and Support: Be the go-to for student queries and challenges, offering advice, feedback, and support during challenging times
- Crisis Point: Provide essential support to students facing tough times, offering a helping hand when it’s needed most
- Open Conversations: Create safe spaces for students to talk openly, promoting dialogue and understanding
- Pathfinding: Direct students to relevant resources and advice, helping them navigate challenges effectively
